What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping arrives within 1-2 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your equipment and your location.

Do you offer a warranty on your fitness equipment?

Yes, all York Fitness products come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. This covers structural frames for up to 2 years and parts/labor for 12 months, ensuring your investment is protected during your training journey.

Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment in its original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return. Note that due to the size and weight of fitness gear, return shipping fees may apply.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For larger equipment purchases, we also offer flexible financing options through Klarna and PayPal Credit.

How do I track my delivery?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your shipment in real-time.

Does the equipment require assembly?

Many of our larger items, such as multi-gyms and treadmills, require partial assembly. Every product includes a detailed instruction manual and all necessary tools. We also provide digital assembly guides on our website for your convenience.
